Nintendo is back with a vengeance and is going toe to toe with the PlayStation 3
and the Xbox 360. Can the Wiimote nunchaku continue to successfully
fend off the competition or is it just a whole lot of flailing?
Wii is creating worldwide excitement with its unique control system, an
inventive, first-of-its-kind controller whose position can be detected
in a 3-D space. The new controller allows users to pinpoint targets in
games or move through the Wii Channel Menu with precision and ease.
This intuitive control system will be understood immediately by
everyone, regardless of their previous experience with video games.
With this one small controller, Wii makes games both easier and more
intense than anything previously experienced.

Music, movies, pictures, streaming video: Turn Xbox 360 into a mind-blowing multimedia centerpiece by pairing it with a PC with Windows XP Pro instead of Media Center Edition 2005 although Media Center Edition can also be used.
We have found a way to stream Divx and Xvid Movies across your network to the Xbox 360 allowing you to have more freedom and playback options for your movies.
What you need to work the magic is this:

- Microsoft's Zune Software - available here
- WinAVI Video Converter - available here
Miccrosofts new Zune has opened up the doors for even more multimeida capabilities with the Xbox 360, and now with the right software and a little patience you can utilize these new capabilities to play back all of you movies and music on your tv and home stereo equipment through your Xbox 360.

This is a story that I though was interesting about water cooling an Xbox 360
"Anyone who visits our forum will know Ive been working on this since last December. After many delays and distractions Ive finally managed to get it finished.
Ill start by saying most of the time the noise from the 360 isnt too bad. Its comparable to a home PC or the first versions of the original Xbox and a little louder than the first PS2's. For most people the noise level is fine but I'm easily irritated. When the 360 heats up and the fans speed up it becomes annoying."

With the dawn of the Xbox 360 Microsoft took its new console in an entirely different direction when it came to the style and design. While the new style is indeed impressive, it is the lack of color options that leaves us wanting for more.
White may appeal to the average consumer but, for most of us, the Xbox 360?s white and chrome color scheme is just a tad bit too plain. So, what options does that leave you with? You could use one of the $20 face plates that are available anywhere that sells Xbox 360 accessories. Unfortunately, the face plate option does little to help the looks of the rest of your console and sometimes it can even make it stand out even more (red metallic face plate with creamy white sides anyone?). You could always paint your console, which can be messy, time consuming and then voids your warranty in the process. Or?

In a new update a few days ago, the Xbox Live Marketplace got a major overhaul allowing for easier navigation, better categorical listings, and a new download queue manager that allows you to select multiple items at once, including, games, demos, videos, themes, gamer pictures, and more and it will even download in the background while you are playing some games.

I got my Xbox 360 Yesterday and got to play around with the features...One of the coolest things about it was that even though it didn't come with any games and the ones that I ordered didn't ship, I was still able to play a bunch of games on it.
The first thing that I noticed was that the setup for making an Xbox Live account was much simpler than it has been in the past. It now uses Net Passport to associate most of your settings.
Once you have your account setup you can download a munch of games and demos of most of the current games for free to test them out before you buy them.
