PC Bluescreen Repair

A client brought in a legacy Windows XP machine that is essential for operating proprietary software incompatible with modern operating systems. Following a power outage, the computer began blue-screening and would no longer boot.
Upon diagnosis, we traced the root cause to a depleted CMOS battery, which caused the BIOS to lose its boot configuration every time the system lost power. We installed a replacement battery and reconfigured the BIOS settings. The workstation is now booting reliably and back to full operation.

Before we started the PC would not even show the Windows logo before it would Bluescreen.

After replacing the CMOS battery and fixing the BIOS configuration, Windows booted normally.
