Terms & Conditions for Tech Services
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services we provide, including both non‑physical services (such as virus removal, software troubleshooting, and remote support) and physical, in‑home services (such as installations, mounting, home theater setup, and smart home configuration). By requesting or receiving service, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Service
We will perform the services you request to the best of our ability and in a professional manner. All work is based on the condition of your equipment, software, wiring, and home environment at the time of service.
For non‑physical services, we will make every reasonable effort to diagnose and resolve the issues you describe.
For physical services, we will complete the installation or setup as safely and effectively as possible based on the materials and conditions available.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While we always do our best, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for any service. This includes, but is not limited to:
Virus or malware removal
Data recovery
Software repair
System performance improvements
Wi‑Fi coverage or speed
Audio/video performance
Device compatibility
Results affected by your home’s wiring, layout, or internet provider
Some issues may be outside our control due to hardware failure, corruption, age, environmental factors, or pre‑existing conditions.
3. Data Loss & Backup Responsibility
You are responsible for backing up your important files before service begins.
Although we take care to avoid data loss, we are not liable for any loss of data, files, or settings that may occur during or after service.
If you request data recovery, you understand that:
Recovery is not guaranteed
Some or all data may be permanently unrecoverable
Attempting recovery may cause further data loss
4. Customer Responsibility
You agree to:
Provide accurate information about the issue
Provide safe and clear access to the areas where work will be performed
Ensure that equipment, furniture, and mounting surfaces are stable and suitable
Inform us of any known issues with wiring, studs, electrical outlets, or structural concerns
Follow any instructions needed for us to perform the service safely and effectively
We am not responsible for delays or limitations caused by unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable work areas.
5. Damage Limitation
We take great care when handling your equipment and working in your home. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for damage caused by pre‑existing conditions, faulty wiring, unstable mounting surfaces, aging equipment, or hidden structural issues
We are not responsible for damage resulting from manufacturer defects, improper prior installations, or equipment failure during or after service
Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the service
6. Mounting & Installation Risks
For services involving mounting or installation (such as TVs, speakers, shelves, or smart devices):
You acknowledge that walls, studs, and surfaces may vary in strength and condition
We are not responsible for damage caused by weak or compromised surfaces
If we determine that a surface is unsafe for mounting, we may refuse the installation for safety reasons
7. Equipment & Materials
You are responsible for providing the equipment, accessories, mounts, cables, and materials needed for the service unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for defects, failures, or performance issues related to third‑party products.
8. Remote Access Services
If you request remote support, you grant permission for us to access your device.
You understand that:
You may end the session at any time
We are not responsible for issues caused by unstable internet connections or interruptions during the session
9. Post‑Service Changes
After the service is completed:
Moving, adjusting, or reinstalling equipment may require an additional service fee
We are not responsible for issues caused by future updates, outages, or changes to your home network, devices, or software
10. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Because these services involve time, labor, and expertise, refunds are not guaranteed, especially if the issue cannot be resolved due to factors outside our control.

By requesting or receiving service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
